They are between you and Biofiniti, the operator of this site. If you use the service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

The skin checker produces cosmetic guidance from a photo. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Our full disclaimer forms part of these terms.

• You must be 18 or over to run a skin check or hold a portal account.
• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information — allergies, medicines and sensitivities affect what we suggest.
• We may suspend accounts that are used abusively or unlawfully.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone who has not consented, or any image of a minor.
• Upload unlawful, obscene or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or bypass limits on the service.
• Present skin reports as medical advice, or resell them as a clinical assessment.

You keep ownership of the photos and notes you submit. You grant Biofiniti a limited licence to process them in order to generate your report, store it in your portal if you are signed in, and let our clinicians review a compound before it is prepared. We do not sell your photos and we do not use them for advertising.

Reports are generated by an automated model and may contain errors, omissions or inconsistencies between checks. Output is provided as-is for your consideration. Always apply your own judgement and, where relevant, professional advice.

A skin report is not an order and not a prescription. Any compounded formula is subject to clinician review, applicable regulation, ingredient availability and our own discretion to decline. Product-specific terms, pricing and delivery information are provided at the point of purchase.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, including model providers and report formats, and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biofiniti is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on a skin report in place of professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
