Is the scan a medical diagnosis?
No. The AI facial scan gives cosmetic guidance from a photo. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See a doctor or dermatologist for medical concerns.
What happens to my photo?
Photos are stored privately against your account and are only visible to you and the clinicians reviewing your formula. Your clinic manages them from the patient record.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes — the questionnaire asks, and retinoids and other restricted actives are excluded automatically from your formula.
How often should I re-scan?
Every 4–12 weeks. Re-scanning is free and it is how the formula keeps tracking your skin instead of a snapshot.
