Practitioner terms & acknowledgement.

Practitioner accounts are issued by the Biofiniti lab administrator to named individuals working in an authorised clinic or lab role. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked by the lab at any time.

• The AI skin scan is a cosmetic assessment aid. It is not a diagnostic device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Every scan output, formula and routine must be reviewed by you before it is shared with a client, and remains your professional judgement.
• Compounded formulas are cosmetic preparations. Any suspected medical condition must be referred to a medical practitioner.
• Scan results, indicative pricing and product matches may change and are confirmed by the lab before dispatch.

• Obtain each client's informed consent before capturing photos or running a scan on their behalf.
• Only capture photos of the client presenting for assessment, and only for the purpose of that assessment.
• Client photos, answers and reports are confidential health-adjacent information. Do not export, copy, or share them outside the Biofiniti platform except with that client.
• Report any suspected privacy incident or unauthorised access to the lab immediately.

• Keep your credentials confidential; never share a login or leave the workspace signed in on a shared device.
• Use a unique password of at least 8 characters and sign out at the end of each session.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

• Use the workspace only for genuine client assessments — no test, bulk or automated scans.
• Do not misrepresent AI output as a medical diagnosis, or make therapeutic claims about cosmetic products.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, orders or records outside your authorised role.

You must hold and maintain any qualifications, registrations or insurance required for your practice. Biofiniti may update these terms; continued use of a practitioner account after an update constitutes acceptance. Breach may result in immediate account suspension.
